Service Contracts
Service contracts are available to the customer for a set number of on-site service hours at a discounted hourly rate. These contracts can cover routine maintenance or hardware and software problems. Customers with a service contract are given priority treatment.

Warranties
Computers: Standard warranty is one year depot OPI and covers parts and labor. Extended and on-site warranties are available for an added cost.

Notebooks: The standard manufacturers warranty is usually one or two years. Extended warranties are available on some brands. OPI cannot perform warranty work on notebooks.

Monitors: Standard manufacturers warranty is usually from one to three years on the display to the end user. OPI cannot perform warranty work on monitors.

Printers: Okidata printers are warrantied for one year and are serviced by OPI in Great Bend. Brother printers can also be serviced by OPI in Great Bend. All other brands are manufacturers warranty to the end user.
