Service Contracts
Service contracts are available to the customer for a set number of on-site service hours at a discounted hourly rate. These contracts can cover routine maintenance or hardware and software problems. Customers with a service contract are given priority treatment.

Warranties
Computers: Standard warranty is one year depot OPI and covers parts and labor. Extended and on-site warranties are available for an added cost.

Notebooks: The standard manufacturers warranty is usually one or two years. Extended warranties are available on some brands. OPI cannot perform warranty work on notebooks.

Monitors: Standard manufacturers warranty is usually from one to three years on the display to the end user. OPI cannot perform warranty work on monitors.

Printers: Okidata printers are warrantied for one year and are serviced by OPI in Great Bend. All other brands are manufacturers warranty to the end user.
